The Internet has revolutionized how we live and manage our financial lives.  In order to access your account(s) or pay your bill(s) online, you must be registered.  Once you are registered, you will have access to your account(s).  Registration requires a valid account number and statement ID off your most recent bill.  If you are a member with multiple accounts, any one of the accounts with an associated statement ID will allow you to register.  Once step one is completed, you will receive an email that contains a link to continue the registration process.  Periodically, our online system may be unavailable due to system updates and maintenance.  We appreciate your patience during these times.  If you should encounter this situation, please try again later.  Should you have any questions, please review our Frequently Asked Questions page or contact our offices at (850) 639-2216 or (850) 265-3631 Monday through Friday 7:30 - 4:00 pm (CST), or you can email us at epay@gcec.com.  Ready to start saving time and money?  Click Online Bill Pay and start using our convenient money management tool.
 
Please note that Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative no longer owns the Southport Water System and is therefore no longer accepting water payments.  Payments for water services now need to be remitted to Bay County.  The county accepts check, cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  Their contact information is:

Checks or money orders may be mailed, and credit/debit cards are accepted over the phone.  If you want to pay your bill in person, their office hours are from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.  There is a drop box at their office for after-hours payments.
