Bill Payment Options

Through the Mail
You may pay your bill by mailing a check.  Please make sure to detach the portion from your paper bill and enclose with your check in the envelope provided with your paper bill.
 
In Our Offices
You may pay your bill in-person at one of our office locations.  We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards in our offices.  If you find that you need to make a payment at one of our offices after regular business hours, we have drop boxes for your convenience.
 
Over the Phone
Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative allows you to pay your utility bill by Discover®, Visa® or MasterCard® at any of our locations. We also accept credit card payments over the phone at no additional charge.  You may pay from your smartphone by visiting billing.gcec.com from your smartphone's browser.


 
Pay By Electronic Transfer
For your convienence, we can draft your utility bill from your checking account. We continue to mail a copy of the bill to you for your files. If you are interested in this service, please complete the Automatic Payment Plan application.
 
Average Billing / Levelized Billing
Balance your budget by eliminating bill peaks and valleys. We average your current bill and the previous eleven bills and continue this cycle every month. The amount will not be the same each month. Click here to sign up.
 
Online Bill Pay
You may pay your bill online.  Pay from your smartphone by visiting billing.gcec.com from your smartphone's browser.
 
Assistance Programs
