GCEC, in conjunction with other agencies, provides information, referrals and assistance to those who may need help paying their electric utility bills. The following is a list of agencies who offer assistance to those who demonstrate a verifiable need for assistance:

Also, GCEC offers the Project Helping Hand program in partnership with the Family Service Agency.
