Apply, Transfer, Disconnect Electric Service

Apply for Service
Currently, we only allow new applicants to sign-up in each of our offices. The applicant will need to bring a valid driver’s license, social security card and the name of the nearest neighbor or person who last had electric service at the location. We will also need a 911 address and phone number of the residence to better serve you. Or, if you live out of state and would like to process everything by mail, please go to download forms section in the drop down menu above and select Membership Application to get the necessary documents to complete the transaction.

Transfer Service
If you are transferring an active account into your name, please bring a valid driver’s license, social security card, and the 8-digit stamped meter number located below the wheel on the electric meter. We will also need a 911 address and phone number of the residence to better serve you. You will also have to complete a Membership Application.

Disconnect Service
This can be done at any office location or over the phone. If done over the phone we will need to ask the member several questions to verify their account. Upon verification, we will disconnect service at your desired date. Lastly, we will need to have a forwarding address for last bill statements, deposit refunds and future capital credit refunds.
