We have convenient locations at which you can pay your utility bill the office hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. (CST) Monday thru Friday.

Pay Bill By Credit Card
Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative allows you to pay your utility bill by Visa® or MasterCard® at any of our locations. It is simple just call our offices at 850-265-3631 or 850-639-2216 and speak with a Customer Service Representative.

Pay By Electronic Transfer 
For your convienence, we can draft your utility bill from your checking account. We continue to mail a copy of the bill to you for your files. If you are interested in this service, please print out an Automatic Payment Plan application and return it to the Cooperative.

Pay By Co-op Power Plus Visa® Credit Card
If you have a Gulf Coast Electric Co-op Power Plus Visa® credit card, we can debit the card each month electronically and you can receive 3% back on each transaction. To learn more, go to the drop down menu and select Residential Services and click on Co-op Power Plus Visa® .

Average Billing
Balance your budget by eliminating bill peaks and valleys. We average your current bill and the previous eleven bills and continue this cycle every month. The amount will not be the same each month.

Energy Assistance Programs
GCEC, in conjunction with other agencies, provides information; referrals and assistance to those who may need help paying their electric utility bills.  Read more ...
