Gulf Coast Electic Cooperative (GCEC) is requesting proposals from qualified respondents capable of providing material and services necessary to construct underground water lines along U.S.98 and into the 1800 Area at Tyndall Air Force Base. GCEC seeks proposals of a scope of work that includes installing and abandoning water lines and all associated fittings, meters, backflow preventers, etc. All labor, materials, and equipment to be furnished by the Contractor. Material to be itemized and invoiced separately. Please see the attached RFP.

All proposals in response to this RFP must be received by GCEC, in accordance with the submission instructions provided herein, on or before 12 PM (central time) on the due date indicated below. Proposals will be opened immediately following the deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the Proposal is received on time.
