This position will report to Colby Wiggins, Supervisor of Engineering, and work primarily out of the Southport office. The primary role of the Apparatus Specialist will be to provide efficient construction and maintenance of substations, switching stations, special equipment, and facilities. The Apparatus Specialist must have working knowledge and/or previous experience in building, construction, and National Utility Standards (NESC, RUS). Two years of experience as a Line Technician or five years apparatus experience is required.
