Pat Pitts

District No. 1

Comprised of Calhoun, Jackson, Walton and Washington Counties and consisting of three (3) trustees, two of whom shall be elected from Calhoun County as described below, and one of whom shall be elected from Jackson, Walton or Washington County. Trustees from this district shall be a resident of the group in which he or she is elected:

Group 3

A resident of that portion of Calhoun County lying west of the Chipola River.

Biography:

Pat was appointed by the Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative board of trustees to serve out the remaining term of Kinneth Daniels, who passed away in August 2024. Pat has been a member of Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative since November 2006.

Pat is a graduate of Gulf Coast State College. Before retirement, he worked as a property and procurement specialist for the Federal Bureau of Prisons for 26 ½ years. He also retired from the Florida Department of Corrections, where he worked as a general services specialist.

Pat and his wife of 25 years, Monica, have two children and three grandchildren. In his spare time, Pat enjoys fishing, hunting and diving.
