If you do not have an account, please register to make an account.
You will need your:
- Account number
- Statement ID
- Email address
Once you enter this information, you will receive an email that contains a link to continue the registration process.
You may pay your bill by mailing a check. Please make sure to detach the portion from your paper bill and enclose with your check in the envelope provided with your paper bill.
If you find that you need to make a payment at one of our offices after regular business hours, we have drop boxes for your convenience.
Over the Phone
Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative allows you to pay your utility bill by American Express, Discover®, Visa®, or MasterCard® at any of our locations. We also accept credit card payments over the phone at no additional charge.
Tired of paying late fees and disconnect fees? If so, we offer Flex Pay – a prepaid metering solution that could lead to savings in monthly fees. With this program, there are no delinquent fees, late fees, disconnect fees, or reconnect fees. The deposit for this program is $50 if required.
