District No. 3 Composed of Bay County and consisting of three (3) trustees. Trustees from this district shall be divided into the following groups and each trustee so elected shall be a resident of the group in which he or she is elected: Group 1 A resident of the Southport area which area is described as follows: Bounded on the East side by the centerline of North Bay, Deer Point Lake and the Econfina Creek, on the North by the Bay County line, on the West by the extremities of the Cooperative lines, and on the South by the Gulf of Mexico.
