While Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative, Inc. does not provide residential housing directly through the sale, rental, or any other defined real estate transactions, we are committed to ensure that everyone has access to resources to ensure that Fair Housing laws are being followed. In accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the Constitution of the State of Florida, GCEC promotes the right to the fair and orderly procedures to allow the opportunity for each person so desiring to obtain housing without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, marital status, familial status, military status, place of birth, handicap, or age, to prohibit discrimination in housing by any person. It is also GCEC’s responsibility to ensure that every citizen has access to resources and educational materials to secure fair housing assistance in the communities that they desire to live in.
