Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative 73rd Annual Members’ Meeting Saturday, May 1, 2021, at 10 am CST.

Pursuant to the provisions of the bylaws of Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative Inc., the 73rd annual meeting is Saturday, May 1, 2021, beginning at 10 am CST. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will be held virtually. To listen to the meeting, members may call a toll-free number, (833) 420-0339, at 10 am.
The purpose of the meeting is to act upon the following matters:
Composed of Bay County and consisting of three trustees. Trustees from this district shall be divided into the following groups and each trustee so elected shall be a resident of the group in which they are elected:
Group 1. A resident of the Southport area which is described as follows: Bounded on the East side by the centerline of North Bay, Deer Point Lake, and the Econfina Creek, on the North by the Bay County line, on the West by the extremities of the Cooperative lines, and on the South by the Gulf of Mexico.
Group 2. A resident of the Green Hills- Fountain area which area is described as follows: Bounded on the West side by the centerline of North Bay, Deer Point Lake, and the Econfina Creek, on the North and East by the Bay County line, and on the South by the Township line dividing Township 2 South and Township 3 South.
Group 3. A resident of the Allanton area which area is described as follows: Bounded on the North by the Township line dividing Township 2 South and Township 3 South, on the East by the Bay County line, and on the South by the Gulf of Mexico, and on the West by the centerline of North Bay.
To make or second the motion to approve the minutes from last year’s (2020) annual meeting, and then to adjourn the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Membership at the conclusion of the business portion of the meeting, email Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative prior to May 1 stating as follows: “I (list your member name and address) make or second the motions to approve the 2020 annual meeting minutes and to adjourn the 2021 meeting at the conclusion of the business part of the meeting." Please indicate if you are in favor of or if you are against the motions.
