The Power to Save Lives

May 1, 2023 at 7 a.m.

Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative, alongside OneBlood, held blood drives February 14 at the Southport and Wewahitchka co-op offices. It was the first of 2 scheduled for the year. 26 people donated, including GCEC members and staff. Each donation can save up to 3 lives, which means 78 people have benefited from the lifesaving efforts of these blood donors.
