Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative, Inc. (GCEC) is a member-owned cooperative that provides electric service to areas of the Florida panhandle not served by other utilities. GCEC also serves Tyndall Air Force Base in Bay County through a Utilities Privatization Contract with the Federal Government. With this service territory, GCEC has recently purchased a 24,000 square foot facility in Wewahitchka, FL located at 464 Highway 22 on a 6+- acre parcel that will be used as a storage facility and lay down space for needed materials.
GCEC is looking to contract with a company to supply and construct a perimeter security fence around the property to tie in with adjacent GCEC property.
We have provided the proposed future layout of the property for bidding. (Attachment B: Fencing Design) along with the linear footage on the Excel Spreadsheet (Attachment A: Quote)
